G1 Industrial Grade White Glue

G1 Industrial Grade White Glue
  • Bonds paper, wood, natural fibers & woven nylons

  • Not your ordinary white glue

G1 Industrial Grade White Glue is a multi-purpose adhesive that makes a tough, flexible bond that can handle fluctuations in temperature and humidity. G1 sets quickly (approx. 4-6 min.) with strong wet tack and good machinability. G1 bonds natural fibers such as paper, wood, cotton cloth, hardboard (Masonite), leather, and coated paperboard. It also bonds plastic films such as cellophane, polyvinylidene chloride (Saran), cellulose acetate, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and flexible vinyl. G1 dries clear and is non-toxic. FDA approved for indirect food contact.

Application instructions

DIRECTIONS:
(1) Prepare Surfaces: Clean surfaces to remove all dust, dirt, and other surface matter. G1 requires at least one porous surface so water can evaporate.

(2) Stir: Stir adhesive thoroughly before using.

(3) Apply: Best applied when temperature of adhesive and surfaces to be bonded are at least 60-90F. Spread a thin, even coat on dry surface. For wood, use thicker coat. Key is to get a uniform coat on surface to be joined. Can use brush, roller, or specialized equipment for large surfaces.

(4) Join: Join coated surfaces together and, if necessary, apply pressure or clamp to hold in place. Sets in approx. 4-6 min. @ room temperature. Full cure is 24 hours.

(5) Cleanup: Use damp cloth to wipe up adhesive while still wet. Use warm water for general cleanup. Close container when not in use.

KEEP FROM FREEZING.
Note: Always test on samples first to determine suitability.
