M1 Plastic Optimized Methacrylate Adhesive
High performance, impact resistant
Plastic fuser
M1 Methacrylate Adhesive is a high performance adhesive designed to bond thermoplastics, as well as metals and plastic composites. M1 creates impact resistant bonds that can handle harsh environments, and is particularly suited for outdoor and industrial applications, where chemical and weather resistance matter. M1 also bonds through oil and grease and is useful if thorough surface prep is not possible. M1 is a two-component adhesive (1:1 mix ratio) that comes in easy-to-use cartridges.
Cartridges require an applicator. One single-use nozzle is included with each cartridge. Additional nozzles are available: 50ml nozzles, 250ml nozzles.

Application instructions
Directions for 50ml. Cartridge:
Wear gloves. Place cartridge into applicator and secure. Remove end cap by turning counter-clockwise. Dispense and discard small amount of adhesive to verify free flow in even ration. Attach mixing nozzle. Roughen and clean surfaces to be joined (if possible, use sandpaper and acetone or isopropyl alcohol). Dispense and apply adhesive to clean surfaces, then join surfaces and secure in place until adhesive sets (about 15 min. @ 75°F). Replace end cap after use. Store unused adhesive at 40°F or below.
Directions for 250ml. Cartridge:
Wear gloves. Hold cartridge in upright position and unscrew plastic nut. Remove plug insert and make sure openings are clear. Attach mixing nozzle and secure with plastic nut. Place cartridge into applicator (works with standard caulking gun and rod-driven pneumatic caulking tools) and secure. Dispense a small amount of adhesive to make sure both parts are mixing properly in nozzle. For consistent results, abrade and clean surfaces to be joined (if possible, use sandpaper and acetone or isopropyl alcohol). Dispense and apply adhesive to clean surfaces, then join surfaces and secure in place until adhesive sets (about 15 min. @ 75°F). Store unused adhesive at 40°F or below.
