Returns Policy

Some of our products cannot be returned. Such non-returnable items are flagged in red text "This item cannot be returned" or "These sizes cannot be returned..." on the product detail page.

Otherwise, a product is eligible for return if it meets the following two criteria:

1. We are contacted within 21 days of the date the product was shipped from our warehouse; and
2. The product is unopened and in salable condition (as determined by SmartAdhesives).

Because of potential shipping regulations, all returns must first be arranged directly through SmartAdhesives. To obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA), call us at 1 (888) 458-3762 or
