Free Warehouse Pickup

To customers near our Los Angeles, California manufacturing facility, we're pleased to offer free warehouse pickup of your SmartAdhesives orders.

Three Steps

1. Choose "FREE Warehouse Pickup" during checkout.
2. We'll email you to confirm your order is ready for pickup.
3. Come by our warehouse (map and directions) during business hours. (Bring the invoice!)

Things to Keep in Mind

• Identification - The person picking up the order needs to bring a printout of the order invoice as identification. Invoices are always available in My Account, in the Orders section.
• Hours - Orders may be picked up between 9am and 5pm PT on weekdays. (We observe US holidays.)
• Order Prep Time - Your order may be ready for pickup the same business day, depending on what and when you ordered.
• All sizes welcome - Our facility has a loading dock, if useful, and we can prepare your order on a pallet if appropriate.
• Timing - If the order is not picked up within a week, we'll contact you and ask if you want us to ship the order instead.

Email Notifications

For warehouse pickup orders, you'll receive three emails from SmartAdhesives.

1. Order confirmation - Same email you'll get no matter how you decide to receive your order.
2. Ready for pickup - Your "shipment" email will alert you the order is ready for pickup.
3. Pickup completed - After your pickup, we'll send a final email confirming the order is complete.
